Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform duties for accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Book journal entries, bank reconciliations, and maintain the general ledger with precision and attention to detail.
  • Reconcile credit cards and expense reports, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.

Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, with a strong foundation in financial principles and practices.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software, with the ability to adapt to new systems and technologies.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
