Job Description

The Front Desk Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our front desk, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting our Executive Director with administrative tasks.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a high level of organization, time management, and communication skills. You will be working closely with our team to provide administrative support, maintain office systems, and ensure the smooth operation of our front desk.

Main Responsibilities
  • Managing the front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling visitor inquiries
  • Providing administrative support to the Executive Director, including preparing reports, scheduling meetings, and coordinating events
  • Maintaining office systems, including updating spreadsheets, tracking inventory, and ordering supplies
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk, including resolving issues and improving processes

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be assisting with special projects, developing and implementing new processes, and contributing to team effort by completing tasks as needed.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
