We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Dominion Residence Of Maryland Inc. This role will provide exceptional support to the Executive Director and contribute to the smooth operation of the office.
About the Role:
This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced Front Desk Coordinator to utilize their skills and experience to make a positive impact in our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, maintaining office systems, and ensuring the efficient operation of the front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and clients
* Manage and maintain office systems, including filing, databases, and communication tools
* Coordinate meetings and appointments for the Executive Director
* Process and handle confidential documents and information
* Perform general administrative tasks, such as photocopying, binding, and scanning
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety protocols
Requirements:
* 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
* Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
