Job Overview

POSITION SUMMARY

As a Behavioral Technician, you will deliver individualized instruction utilizing the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) in various environments including clinics, homes, and educational settings.

Instructional ABA Consultants is seeking dedicated Full-time and Part-Time Behavioral Technicians to work with children diagnosed with Autism through ABA methodologies.

Part-time roles are currently open, with evening shifts (3-8pm) available depending on your schedule and client requirements. Availability for one weekend day is also necessary.

**SIGN ON BONUS of $150.00 after 90 days of employment. **

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute goals and educational plans established by the Behavior Analyst
  • Collect and maintain data pertinent to the objectives and behavior strategies
  • Ensure timely electronic documentation of data and clinical records within a 24-hour period
  • Participate in mandatory training sessions organized by Instructional ABA Consultants
  • Maintain proactive communication with the Behavior Analyst and Program Manager
  • Uphold confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards, including HIPAA regulations

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Background in psychology, human development, or behavior analysis is preferred
  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong commitment to work with the ability to adhere to scheduling obligations

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidates pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree are preferred

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Successful completion of a background check is mandatory
  • First Aid/CPR certification is advantageous

EMPLOYMENT STATUS

  • This position is part-time

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

  • Travel is required between client locations and for necessary meetings
  • A valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance are required
  • Positions may involve travel to multiple locations within a reasonable distance

SUPERVISION

  • Reports directly to the Behavior Analyst and Program Manager
