We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Soliant. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality ABA therapy to clients with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments and develop effective behavior intervention plans.
  • Provide direct ABA therapy to clients, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff members to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to implement treatment plans and achieve client goals.
  • Monitor client progress, adjusting interventions as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records and progress reports, adhering to industry standards.
  • Participate in team meetings, contributing valuable insights and input on client goals and treatment strategies.
  • Stay current with research and best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis, applying this knowledge to enhance client care.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a BCBA, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in data collection and analysis, with a keen eye for detail.
