Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Administrator to support our sales team at Havtech LLC. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive-level support to our sales management team.
  • Coordinate project execution, including vendor and customer liaison, financial management, and customer service.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and provide proactive support as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records by documenting work and maintaining files for each salesperson, product, or job.
  • Contribute to overall sales growth and associated tasks.
  • Administer customer purchase orders and create vendor orders to meet customer requirements.
  • Monitor project costs and ensure timely delivery within budget while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the technical support team during start-up and throughout the warranty period.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and two years of experience in project coordination or administrative roles, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Prior experience in the HVAC industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with general or mechanical contracting or HVAC equipment sales is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
  • Demonstrated performance in a customer-focused environment and role.
  • A team-player attitude and exceptional communication skills are essential.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • High-level attention to detail is necessary to manage multiple projects effectively.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
