Job Title: Identity and Access Management Analyst

Perdue Farms is a leading food and agriculture company seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst to join our team. As an IAM Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing, designing, and implementing IAM solutions to enhance security, improve operational efficiency, and support compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and manage IDs for a hybrid and cloud environment
  • Support the business to determine user/business/functional security requirements
  • Create job role matrix for new apps, while documenting segregation of duties
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of IAM policies, processes, and configurations
  • Create and support onboarding/offboarding processes for new and existing applications
  • Support user access reviews and privileged access management
  • Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on Application security-related matters, including user provisioning, access requests, and security policies
  • Design, implement, and maintain ERP security controls and configurations for on-prem and cloud-based systems, including SAP ECC, SAP S/4 HANA and other ERP systems
  • Support and define enterprise role entitlements/administration, provisioning workflows and access certifications
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices in SAP security and cloud computing, and recommend enhancements to security controls and processes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years IAM experience (In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 7 years of IAM experience)
  • At least one of the preferred Industry recognized security certifications; (ISC)2 Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP), GIAC Information Security Fundamentals (GISF), CompTIA Security+, ISACA CSX Cybersecurity Fundamentals Certificate, etc.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range: $56,000 - $83,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance)
