Job Summary

The primary purpose of this role is to assist occupational therapists in providing patient-centered care. You will work under the supervision of a licensed therapist to help patients achieve optimal physical function and attain therapy goals. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records, communicating with the healthcare team, and modifying treatment programs as needed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An Associate's degree from an accredited college.">
  • A valid OTA license granted by the state of employment.">
  • Previous experience in long-term care, although not required.">

Compensation and Benefits

Our estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, paid time off, and various discounts.
