Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team at Hillsville Health & Rehab Center. As an OTA, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain optimal physical function and achieve their therapy goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in long-term care and be passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Treat residents under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist.
  • Maintain accurate records on all residents on caseload.
  • Communicate resident progress and changes in function to the Occupational Therapist and other healthcare team members.
  • Modify treatment programs only under the direction of the licensed OT.
Requirements:
  • Associate's Degree from an accredited college.
  • Current and valid OTA license granted from the state of employment.
  • Previous experience in long-term care preferred but not required.
