  • Monitor table availability and manage the wait list as needed to minimize guest wait times.
  • Inform guests of promotions and notify them of their assigned server to ensure a smooth dining experience.
  • Protect the establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol control policies.
  • Assist dining room staff by setting and clearing tables, replenishing water, and serving beverages as needed.

Requirements:

  • Must be flexible regarding scheduling based on business demands, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen.
  • Previous host and/or restaurant front-of-house experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to project a professional image that inspires trust and confidence.
  • Enthusiastic and positive energy is essential for this role.

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Able to bend, stretch, and twist.
  • Able to stand for long periods of time.
