Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement UI/UX Solutions: Develop and implement user interface and user experience design solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and develop design solutions.
  • Conduct User Research and Testing: Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and ensure that solutions meet user needs.
  • Develop Design Systems and Prototypes: Develop design systems and prototypes to communicate design solutions and facilitate collaboration.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
Requirements
  • Active Secret Federal or DoD Security Clearance: Possess an active and maintained secret federal or DoD security clearance.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Design or Related Field: Hold a bachelor's degree in design or a related field.
  • 4+ Years of UI/UX Design Experience: Have at least 4 years of experience in UI/UX design.
  • Proficiency in Design Tools: Be proficient in design tools such as Sketch or Adobe XD.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Possess strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to Work in an Agile Environment: Be able to work in an agile environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Federal Government Systems: Have experience working with federal government systems and supporting federal projects.
  • Human-Centered Design Experience: Have experience with human-centered design principles and practices.
  • Experience with 508 Compliance: Have experience implementing 508 compliance.
