Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with transportation providers to ensure timely and efficient movement of shipments
  • Manage international packages and shipping needs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Review purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Make special shipping arrangements as needed, taking into account customer requirements and preferences
  • Track and resolve shipping errors, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations
  • Ensure that all services provided meet our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
  • Assist in the management and tracking of inventory, including the receipt, storage, and shipment of parts
  • Perform physical tasks, such as lifting up to 75lbs, as required by the role
