We are seeking a skilled Sewing Machine Operator to join our team at our Salem facility. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating industrial sewing machines to create high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpreting Garment Patterns: Accurately interpret and execute garment patterns to meet product specifications.
  • Sewing Operations: Operate a variety of industrial sewing machines, including single needle, overlock, multi-needle, and overstitch machines, to produce high-quality products.
  • Quality Control: Inspect and identify flaws in products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Production Goals: Meet production goals set by supervisors by working efficiently and effectively with the team.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 1+ year of experience using industrial sewing machines.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures of sewing and/or cutting.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, great work ethic, ability to work and communicate well within a team, and very good hand-eye coordination.
