As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting and delivering credit union products and services to both new and existing members, ensuring their needs are met through appropriate referrals to specialized departments when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
In this position, you will handle transactions via phone, address member inquiries, and serve as a champion for the Credit Union. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Representing the Credit Union with professionalism and courtesy, safeguarding its reputation while maintaining member confidentiality.
  • Building strong relationships with members by identifying and assessing their financial needs, and recommending suitable products and services.
  • Managing inquiries related to deposit products, including opening, maintaining, and closing accounts.
  • Assisting members with questions regarding loans, credit cards, electronic services, and other related products.
  • Processing financial transactions as required.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of all Credit Union offerings and Federal Regulations pertinent to this role.
  • Consistently meeting departmental standards for availability and adherence.
  • Demonstrating flexibility in working hours and locations as directed by management.
  • Fostering teamwork in all interactions with colleagues and in the execution of duties.
