Key Responsibilities:- Review and verify the accuracy of financial documents, including UCCs and transaction files.
- Communicate with vendors and lessees to resolve documentation issues and answer questions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Input data accurately and book transactions in Vision.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Associates degree or equivalent applicable experience required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Paralegal preferred.
- Financial or leasing experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of Vision, Infolease, Onbase, and Goldmine.
