Job Summary:

The Documentation Specialist will be responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of financial documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. This role will also involve communicating with vendors and lessees to resolve documentation issues and answer questions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and verify the accuracy of financial documents, including UCCs and transaction files.
  • Communicate with vendors and lessees to resolve documentation issues and answer questions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Input data accurately and book transactions in Vision.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Associates degree or equivalent applicable experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Paralegal preferred.
  • Financial or leasing experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of Vision, Infolease, Onbase, and Goldmine.
