We are seeking a skilled Industrial Flooring Sales Representative to join our team at Tri-State Industrial Floors, Inc.

The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial sales, specifically with epoxy floor systems. They will be responsible for building relationships with customers, including GM, Ford, Chrysler, tier one and two suppliers, and general contractors.

A competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, plus commission and benefits, is offered to the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities
  • BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS: Develop strong relationships with customers, including GM, Ford, Chrysler, tier one and two suppliers, and general contractors.
  • SERVICE DELIVERY: Provide exceptional service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • EXPERIENCE: At least 2 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably with epoxy floor systems.
  • SKILLS: Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • EDUCATION: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
