Job Summary:

As a Front Desk Representative at SpringHill Suites Anaheim, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless stay for our valued customers. Key Responsibilities:
  • Register guests and process check-ins and check-outs in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to guests regarding hotel services, facilities, and hours of operation.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate the front desk computer system and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized at all times.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality industry preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Basic arithmetic skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
