About the Opportunity

Norton Medical Group is seeking a skilled OB/GYN physician to join our team in Madison, Indiana. As part of our healthcare system, you will have access to a large referral network and the opportunity to provide cutting-edge care to a small yet vibrant community.

As an OB/GYN physician with Norton Medical Group, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to our patients. You will work in a full-time status, with a competitive salary and additional bonuses based on productivity and quality metrics.

Requirements for the position include a medical degree, residency/fellowship certification, and an Indiana medical license or eligibility. We are open to new graduates, with up to $100,000 in recruiting incentive funds available for candidates coming out of residency or fellowship.

About the Position
  • Inpatient and outpatient OB/GYN coverage with call, in hospital and adjacent medical office
  • Working in a full-time status equal to 4 days per week in the office plus call
  • Selected candidates must reside in Jefferson County, Indiana
  • Competitive salary with guarantee during the initial term, and additional bonuses based on productivity and quality metrics
  • Sign-on bonus and relocation allowance provided
  • Open to new graduates, with up to $100,000 in recruiting incentive funds for candidates coming out of residency or fellowship
  • Established patient base from day 1 with an opportunity to grow market share
