Job Summary

We are seeking a Frontline Cashier Associate to join our team at Walmart. As a Frontline Cashier Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and assisting them with purchasing decisions.
  • Process member purchases accurately and efficiently, utilizing registers or self-checkout areas as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and checkout areas.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide support as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
