Role Overview:

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will engage with children with ASD in their home environments, delivering behavioral interventions and implementing ABA therapy. This role involves regular communication of progress to families and caregivers, as well as collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to develop and execute tailored treatment plans.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience in Behavior Analysis, Applied Behavior Analysis, or Psychology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior experience in delivering behavioral interventions
  • Proficiency in implementing ABA therapy
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Preferred experience working with children with ASD
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related discipline is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Compensation: $30.00 per hour

Expected Hours: 20 – 40 hours per week
