Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate a positive attitude towards patients and their families.
- Conduct regular safety checks and ensure that supervision is conducted at 15-minute intervals, as required.
- Document accurate and timely clinical information in patient records.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including toileting, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Observe patient behaviors and communicate significant observations to nursing staff.
- Facilitate patient educational-rehabilitative groups and engage patients in activities designed to promote treatment goals.
- Complete and maintain required documentation, including incident reports and follow-up paperwork.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Six months or more experience working with the specific population of the facility preferred.
- CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required.
