Responsibilities- Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation) in the performance of clinical care, using evidence-based practice and analytical/critical thinking skills.
- Provide relationship-based patient-centered care that adapts to the patient's population-specific characteristics, cultural diversity, and individual needs.
- Partner with patients and significant others to set and achieve care goals, using effective communication and collaboration.
- Coordinate the delivery and documentation of safe, quality patient care, promoting a respectful and inclusive clinical environment.
- Participate in performance improvement, research, and evidence-based practice to promote safe, quality patient care.
- Serve as a preceptor and/or mentor for other professional nurses, promoting a healthy work environment and creating a qualified workforce.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Experience with direct patient care.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English language.
- Optimize the use of technology to support clinical care.
- Basic computer skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
