This position requires a Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program and certification as a Clinical Nurse Leader from the Commission on Nurse Certification.
Key Responsibilities- Clinical Leadership: Provide clinical leadership and expertise to the healthcare team, focusing on quality, patient safety, and outcomes.
- Care Environment Management: Manage and optimize care delivery processes and dynamics to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Professional Development: Support the clinical and professional development of nursing and other disciplines through learning needs assessment, mentorship, and role modeling.
- Clinical Outcomes Management: Manage disease management and risk anticipation for the microsystem, focusing on high-risk patients and ensuring patient care delivery needs are met.
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Certification as a Clinical Nurse Leader from the Commission on Nurse Certification
- Minimum 2 years acute care nursing experience for similar patient population
- Progressive experience in healthcare, including direct patient care, educating staff, and problem-solving unit or organizational issues
