- Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms by performing tasks such as changing linens, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, washing dishes, making beds, sanitizing bathrooms and surfaces, and rearranging furniture
- Complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes to uphold quality standards
- Identify and report any maintenance issues to ensure rooms meet resort quality requirements
- Restock linens and guest supplies as needed
- Support team members when requested
- Carry out additional tasks as directed by supervisors or management
- Thrive in a dynamic and occasionally high-pressure environment, adapting to the spontaneous needs of guests and business operations
- Ability to learn and adhere to cleanliness standards across all room aspects
- Comply with safety protocols and respond effectively in emergencies
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and maneuvering carts exceeding 200 lbs
