Position Overview
Are you passionate about preserving the beauty of Minnesota's lakes? Would you like to spend your summer working outdoors while ensuring the highest standards of lake weed removal? If so, this role may be a perfect fit for you. As a Quality Assurance Diver, you will play an essential role in maintaining our commitment to excellence in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of aquatic plant growth to assist our sales team in developing tailored lake weed removal solutions for clients.
  • Creating clear and concise reports detailing the lake weed removal requirements for both new and existing customers.
  • Performing scheduled quality checks for clients seeking assurance that our services meet the highest standards.
  • Executing random inspections of sites where our SCUBA dive teams have recently completed lake weed removal tasks.
  • Ensuring client satisfaction by tidying up properties post-service and addressing any concerns.
  • Motivating and holding our dive teams accountable for their work quality at client locations.
  • Completing daily reports and documentation.
  • Maintaining open communication with the Operations Manager, Sales Representatives, and Dive Crew Leaders.
  • Providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Operating company vehicles as needed.
  • Representing Waterfront Restoration with professionalism and integrity, often being the face of our company.
  • Physically capable of performing labor-intensive tasks, including the removal of lake weeds and handling heavy bags of vegetation.
  • Occasionally interacting with clients to ensure their needs are met.
Working Conditions:
  • A strong affinity for outdoor work is essential, along with the ability to work in various weather conditions.
  • Flexible scheduling may include occasional weekend work or overtime as required.
Qualifications:
- Good physical health is essential.
- SCUBA certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- A clean driving record is required.
