Field Observation Technician

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Field Observation Technician to join our team at Engineering Consulting Services, Ltd. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction inspection, ICC Steel/High Strength Bolt certification or AWS Certified Welding Inspector certification, and the ability to lift 40-70 lbs multiple times a day.
**Responsibilities:
Conduct field observations and inspections to identify potential construction defects and safety hazards
Document findings and observations in detail
Collaborate with project managers and contractors to develop corrective action plans to address any issues that arise during inspections
**Benefits:**
We offer a competitive salary of $65,000-$85,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits, including paid time off, health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
