Mission Healthcare is in search of committed nursing professionals to provide specialized support to patients facing terminal illnesses and their families. As a Hospice Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse, your role will be essential in delivering empathetic end-of-life care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer direct patient care in accordance with established care plans
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
  • Maintain precise documentation of patient care activities
  • Educate patients and their families on effective self-care practices
  • Effectively manage pain and other symptoms

Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited practical/vocational nursing program
  • A minimum of three years of nursing experience
  • Current LPN/LVN licensure
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • CPR Certification
  • Familiarity with the principles of hospice care
