Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional patient care and support, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction and well-being.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Monitor patient progress, identifying and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health and wellness.
  • Participate in team conferences and meetings, contributing to the development of effective patient care strategies.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and support.

Requirements:

  • Current Licensed Vocational Nurse License for the state in which the nurse practices.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • COVID-19 vaccine with Booster.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
