We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist in Ohio for a part-time virtual position.

Job Overview

This role will involve working with students from Early Childhood providing essential speech and language services to support their academic and social development.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 1+ years of speech therapy experience and be licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in Ohio. A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders is also required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Therapy
    • A comprehensive assessment and diagnosis of students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
    • The development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals in collaboration with educators, parents, and other professionals.
  • Direct Therapy Services
    • Providing direct therapy services to students across various grade levels, including K-12.
    • Monitoring progress and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions.
  • Evaluation and Screening
    • Conducting evaluations and screenings to determine students' needs and effectiveness of interventions.
  • Collaboration and Record-Keeping
    • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student development and academic success.
    • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of therapy sessions, progress, and evaluations.
Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in Ohio.
  • A Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is preferred.
  • Experience working with K-12 grade students is highly desirable.
