Job Summary

Mass General Brigham Home Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to provide high-quality care to patients in their place of residence. As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will work under the direction of a registered physical therapist to deliver physical therapy services to patients with physical impairments resulting from injury, disease, disability, or other causes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide physical therapy services to patients in their place of residence
  • Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and other allied health professionals to identify patient needs and coordinate services
  • Document patient progress and treatment plans
  • Teach patients and caregivers about physical therapy techniques and exercises

Requirements:

  • Two years of experience in acute care, rehab, or home care as a Physical Therapy Assistant
  • Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Massachusetts
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to learn other software applications
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with diverse populations
  • Strong verbal, written, and electronic communication skills
