Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Eliot Community Human Services is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a leader in the Behavioral Health realm, we provide an integrated and comprehensive network of services to adults with psychiatric disabilities.

Our ideal candidate will be driven, with excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to develop lasting relationships with our clients and team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to staff members in assessing clinical crises and intervening to assist individuals on a daily basis.
  • Provide daily clinical training and direction to staff members to ensure they can respond effectively to individual needs.
  • Observe and evaluate individuals to identify conditions and needs, and work with the team to determine the best course of action.
  • Act as a resource to provide support and education to individuals, their families, and other supports about their condition and needs.
  • Ensure communication within the team and with outside supports, including medical services, psychiatric services, and family members.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy or a related field.
  • Licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
  • 2 years of experience working with adults with serious mental illness.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: $69,680.00 annually.
  • Mon-Fri schedule, 8:00am-4:00pm.
