The individual in this role will manage and adjust designated machinery within the production area while assisting the Grinding operator in meeting production targets.

Food Manufacturing Technicians are expected to uphold efficiency, adherence to operational standards, product excellence, and ongoing enhancement. This role demands strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities to align with organizational goals.

Shift Details:

2,2,3 Shift - 6:00 PM-6:30 AM

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent educational background
  • Willingness to work various shifts and schedules
  • Proficient in understanding and communicating in English
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing with a variety of machinery
  • At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing or a technical/trade field
  • Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office and email
  • Familiarity with inventory management principles
  • Capability to operate a forklift and scissor lift
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate machinery for receiving, mixing, grinding, material handling, food preparation, and sanitation.
  • Execute food preparation tasks according to production and planning specifications.
  • Conduct necessary quality control checks and/or assessments on all materials for processing.
  • Receive and unload raw materials and supplies from delivery systems.
  • Perform data entry and reporting for material receiving and storage as required.
  • Conduct periodic inventories of raw materials.
  • Carry out routine maintenance checks on equipment.
  • Assist in other production, sanitation, maintenance, and quality assurance activities as directed.
  • Implement housekeeping and sanitation protocols.
  • Facilitate effective communication with team members to enhance quality, efficiency, productivity, and safety.
