Job Description:

At Allied Universal, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Supervisor to join our team. As a Field Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our security services, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular site visits to inspect and supervise Security Professionals in the field.
  • Address escalation of after-hours and cold-start calls to ensure sufficient coverage at customer sites.
  • Work closely with Operations Managers to coach, counsel, discipline, train, and manage relationships with Security Professionals.
  • Conduct on-the-job training and orientation for new employees assigned to post.
  • Respond to call-offs and assist with scheduling for changes that occur at the site.
  • Identify and report any personnel problems occurring at posts, such as payroll issues or employee relations complaints.
  • Distribute information to posts as directed by the Branch or Corporate office.
  • Respond to client or site emergencies as they arise.
Requirements:
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum three to five years of professional-level experience required.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record and the ability to safely operate a vehicle.
  • Energetic and focused personality with excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to write effective and concise reports in neat, legible handwriting.
  • Professional, articulate, and able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • College education or business classes desirable.
  • Prior experience in the security industry, law enforcement, and/or military highly desired.
  • Experience in scheduling, operations, or other functions of the security industry.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
