Key Responsibilities
  • Learning and Development
    • Develop and deliver training programs that align with business objectives and employee needs.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective training content.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Training Operations
    • Coordinate and facilitate training events, including instructor-led training and online learning modules.
    • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure seamless delivery of training content.
    • Develop and maintain training schedules and calendars.
  • Relationship Building
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and subject matter experts.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs that meet business objectives.
    • Lead seasonal onboarding process to effectively train seasonal employees.
  • Training Program Management
    • Develop and implement training programs that meet business objectives and employee needs.
    • Conduct train-the-trainer certification for facilitators and site coordinators.
    • Develop and utilize tracking processes to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
    Requirements
    • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in Learning and Development or Training.
    • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work with and influence team members and key stakeholders.
    • Ability to manage competing priorities and balance multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
    • Self-starter with strong initiative, energy, and accountability.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Captivate (or other rapid authoring tools).
    • Comfort with new technology and ability to learn quickly and use new software applications.
    Working Conditions

Flexible availability during peak seasons and comfortable in a warehouse environment.

Physical Conditions
  • Must be able to stand 6 to 8 hours per day.
  • May be expected to walk 5 to 10 miles per day.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
