Job Summary

The Life Skills Clinician (LSC) plays a vital role in our organization by providing care coordination and life skills training and development to individuals with mental health and/or substance use disorders. As a member of our multidisciplinary care team, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure comprehensive care and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and provide care coordination for individuals with mental health and/or substance use disorders
  • Develop and implement life skills training and development programs
  • Collaborate with care teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Document services provided in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) based on policies and procedures
  • Transport clients in personal vehicles when necessary

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in mental health or related field
  • Current Indiana Driver's License
  • Two (2) years of social service experience in a volunteer or paid role (preferred)
