We are a dynamic and fast-growing insurance agency seeking a highly skilled Life Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. As a Life Insurance Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their financial goals by providing exceptional customer service and expert insurance solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and Assess Customer Needs: Utilize your expertise to identify new customers' insurance needs, assess their risk, and provide personalized recommendations for existing coverage and long-term goals.
  • Grow Customer Base: Develop and maintain a strong customer base by building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding your book of business.
  • Market Insurance Products: Effectively market our insurance products to new and existing customers through various strategies, including warm leads, networking, referrals, and targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Participate in regular training calls and strategy sessions to stay current with industry trends, improve your skills, and expand your knowledge of insurance products and services.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to existing policyholders, providing them with additional options and solutions to meet their evolving needs.
  • Share Knowledge and Best Practices: Encourage and support colleagues in their professional development by sharing your experiences and best practices.
  • Flexible Work Arrangements: Enjoy a flexible schedule, allowing you to work from home and set your own pace.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Possess strong skills in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Technical Savvy: Be proficient in navigating technology and utilizing digital tools to manage customer relationships and insurance products.
  • Authorization to Work in the US: Be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Education and Certifications: Hold a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Possess an active Life Insurance license or be willing to obtain one (we will provide support for licensure).
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset and Drive: Possess an entrepreneurial mindset and drive, with a passion for helping others and a genuine desire to assist clients in navigating their insurance options.
