Job Title: Summer EduCamp Counselor

Bob Jones University is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to serve as a Summer EduCamp Counselor. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our summer programs.

Job Summary:

The Summer EduCamp Counselor will assist the directors and other faculty of the various EDUcamps, providing a safe and Christ-honoring experience for our campers. This role requires a strong commitment to spiritual leadership, flexibility, and a servant's heart.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with EDUcamps, ensuring campers have a safe and enjoyable experience
  • Provide spiritual leadership, including evening devotions and counseling
  • Guide campers, ensuring they arrive at required activities on time and know how to navigate the BJU campus
  • Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a servant's heart
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be enrolled as a student at Bob Jones University
  • Consistent, Christ-honoring testimony
  • Flexibility/adaptability
  • Teachable spirit
  • Ability to counsel young people
  • Working knowledge of BJU academic programs & opportunities
  • Valid driver's license
  • CPR/First Aid certified (preferred, not required)
