About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team at Oldcastle APG. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance program to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our equipment and facilities.
  • Lead and manage a team of maintenance personnel to execute maintenance tasks, repairs, and capital projects.
  • Collaborate with plant management to develop and prioritize maintenance schedules and budgets.
  • Implement and maintain a predictive maintenance program to identify and address potential equipment failures.
  • Develop and maintain technical training programs for maintenance personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Manage maintenance labor and materials to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of maintenance materials and services.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in maintenance or engineering, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing maintenance teams and implementing effective maintenance programs.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
