Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain medical equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Assemble and maintain patient charts, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Communicate effectively with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Perform duties related to patient registration, acceptance, and electronic transfer.
- Utilize various medical equipment, including fax machines, scanners, and pneumatic tube systems.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 6 or more months of experience in customer service and computer knowledge preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, by telephone, and computer messaging.
