Job Summary:

The Occupational Therapist at OSF HealthCare assists patients in restoring their occupational function through evaluation and treatment. This role involves performing examinations and evaluations of patients' occupational and functional status, including musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and integumentary systems as they relate to functional mobility skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform examinations and evaluations of patients' occupational and functional status
Develop and implement treatment plans to restore patients' occupational function
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans

Requirements:

Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
State license and National Board Certification Occupational Therapy registration
Current state driver's license for those providing Driving Evaluations
CPR certification within 90 days of hire

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous work experience as an Occupational Therapist
Valid driver's license
