Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Land Administration Manager to join our team at NVR Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all administrative functions related to land acquisition contracts and milestones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage land acquisition contracts, ensuring timely completion and compliance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with external counsel to negotiate and finalize contract amendments.
  • Oversee Phase I Environmental assessments and ensure that all necessary insurance requirements are met.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve contract language and ensure consistency with industry standards.
  • Facilitate communication and resolve issues with external law firms and other stakeholders.
  • Provide support to developers with contract administration, Deeds, HOA documentation, and filing of re-zoning and condominium applications.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of successful contract administration experience.
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Real Estate para-legal experience.
  • Homebuilding industry experience is a plus.
