Closing Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Closing Administrator to join our esteemed real estate team in Myrtle Beach. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional contract-to-close services for home sellers and buyers, ensuring an outstanding client experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive contract-to-close services, ensuring timely and efficient transaction processing.
  • Act as a liaison between real estate agents, clients, escrow companies, and mortgage brokers, facilitating seamless communication throughout the transaction process.
  • Process all contract documents from acceptance through closing and post-closing, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Create and manage timelines of important dates, monitoring transactions to ensure timely completion.
  • Ensure post-closing disbursements, filing, and procedures are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to deliver exceptional fiduciary service from contract to close.
Requirements:
  • Real estate experience required.
  • 2+ years of administrative experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience with data entry, project management, bookkeeping/accounting, or other evidence of being detail-driven and focused on quality.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in using technology and willingness to learn new tools and systems.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic approach to serving clients and agents.
  • Coachable and willing to adapt to new processes and procedures.
