Heavy Duty Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a Heavy Duty Maintenance Manager to manage the maintenance of our fleet and ensure that all vehicles are in good working condition.
As a Heavy Duty Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing maintenance schedules to ensure our fleet is within DOT compliance
- Leading a team of technicians in performing preventative maintenance, conducting inspections, and troubleshooting failures
- Maintaining all service and parts records
You will also be responsible for ensuring that equipment is properly parked in compliance with facility permits and DOT requirements.
**We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year**, comprehensive health benefits coverage after 30 days of full-time employment, company-paid training, tuition reimbursement, state-of-the-art facilities, technology, and tooling.
**Our ideal candidate will have:**
- 5+ years of experience in heavy-duty diesel mechanics
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Knowledge of electrical, computer, ECMs, fuel, air systems, ABS, hydraulic systems, engines, and other related systems
