Key Responsibilities

As an Operations Engineer at Hines, your role will involve the operation and upkeep of all building systems and equipment. Your responsibilities will encompass, but are not limited to:

  • Conducting preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
  • Diagnosing operational failures and restoring building services with minimal oversight
  • Overseeing maintenance tasks as required

Required Qualifications

The minimum qualifications include:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
  • A minimum of two years of experience in commercial HVAC or a related field
  • A strong mechanical aptitude
  • Availability to work the second shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
