About the Role

Abridge is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing clinical research studies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive research initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Study Coordination: Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical research studies, including multicenter studies under the Abridge Research Collaborative (ARC).
  • Data Management: Collaborate with health system clients to collect and maintain clinical research databases, including data from clinician and patient surveys, product, and electronic medical records.
  • Project Management: Respond to special projects or queries related to data, design systems and structures for file management, and track progress on ongoing research studies.
  • Research Proposal Review: Organize the research proposals review process under ARC, working with co-chairs and steering committee members to complete evaluation of proposals.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate research meetings, draft agendas, write meeting minutes, and track action items for ARC and related research meetings on behalf of Abridge.
  • Data Analysis: Collate data in Excel from client sites and may assist principal investigators in defining information and plans required to accomplish the goals of studies.
  • Implementation Support: May design and compile materials to aid our implementation team and client implementation counterparts in streamlining site data collection and survey administration.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a health-related discipline.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of clinical research administration experience, e.g., in a pharmaceutical company or health system.
  • Skills: Excellent project management and organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, proven ability to work cross-functionally with research and clinical teams, and excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly with Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree: A Master in Public Health or related advanced degree pertinent for clinical research.
  • Statistical Software: Experience using statistical software for data management and basic analysis (e.g., STATA, R, SAS).
  • Startup Experience: Prior startup experience.
