Join Our Pediatric Speech Team

Therapy 2000, a leading provider of home-based pediatric therapy services, is seeking a skilled Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a vital member of our team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care to families in our region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations to determine patients' needs for therapy.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with physicians' orders.
  • Collaborate with patients' caregivers to develop home exercise programs.
  • Act as a liaison between healthcare providers and families to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Meet productivity and documentation requirements to ensure timely and accurate patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in pediatric Speech Therapy.
Requirements:
  • Current/active license to practice Speech Language Pathology in the state of Texas.
  • Proven experience in pediatric Speech Therapy, with a focus on home health settings.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve patient care goals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in feeding therapy or other clinical specialties (VitalStim, etc.).
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills to effectively communicate with diverse patient populations.
