Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist with Therapy 2000, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and families, providing comprehensive Speech Therapy services in a home-based setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations, using standardized tests to determine patients' needs for therapy.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, aligned with physicians' orders and patient goals.
  • Collaborate with patients' caregivers to develop home exercise programs and provide ongoing support.
  • Act as a vital member of the patient's medical team, coordinating care with other healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Current/active license to practice Speech Language Pathology in the state of Texas.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist, preferably in a home health setting.
  • Experience with feeding therapy or other clinical specialties (VitalStim, etc.) is a plus.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are highly valued.
