Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Amarillo, Texas. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work with our pediatric patients to help them develop and improve their communication skills. You will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with speech and language disorders.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose patients with speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients improve their communication skills
  • Work with patients to develop and practice communication skills, such as speaking, listening, reading, and writing
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as occupational therapists and physical therapists, to provide comprehensive care to patients
  • Document patient progress and communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals as needed

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Current licensure to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Texas
  • Valid driver's license
  • Completion of Level 2 Pediatric Fieldwork (preferred)
