Key Responsibilities:

As a Team Manager, your duties will encompass:

  • Overseeing operational, merchandising, and administrative tasks within the store.
  • Leading and mentoring staff to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Managing store opening and closing procedures.
  • Enhancing sales performance through superior customer service and effective report analysis.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, along with problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • A proactive attitude and enthusiasm for creating a positive work atmosphere.
  • Ability to train and inspire staff to deliver high-quality service.
  • Familiarity with merchandise categories such as apparel, footwear, and general athletics is preferred.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
