Key Responsibilities- Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and store excellence
- Train and develop Associates to provide personalized customer service and promote loyalty programs
- Assign registers, support POS coverage, and coordinate breaks for Associates
- Address customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience
- Communicate effectively with management and Associates to prioritize tasks and provide progress updates
- 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Capable of multi-tasking and responding to changes in direction
