Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and store excellence
  • Train and develop Associates to provide personalized customer service and promote loyalty programs
  • Assign registers, support POS coverage, and coordinate breaks for Associates
  • Address customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience
  • Communicate effectively with management and Associates to prioritize tasks and provide progress updates
Requirements
  • 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • Capable of multi-tasking and responding to changes in direction
